Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this interface. Using it means you accept them.
1. What this site is
This site is an informational interface that displays data about the Stock World Assets protocol. It does not custody assets, does not execute trades on your behalf, and does not hold funds. Interacting with the protocol happens onchain, through your own wallet, at your own initiative.
2. No advice and no offer
Nothing published here is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security in any jurisdiction. No suitability assessment has been performed for you, and the operators of this interface act as no one's broker, dealer, adviser, or fiduciary.
3. Risk
Digital assets are volatile and you may lose everything you commit. Positions distributed by the protocol are synthetic exposure and are not registered securities held in your name. Read Risks and disclosures in full before participating. By using this interface you confirm you have read it and accept those risks.
4. Eligibility
You may not use this interface if doing so is unlawful where you are, if you are subject to sanctions, or if you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful, and for complying with all applicable laws including tax reporting.
5. Accuracy of information
Figures shown here are illustrative protocol data and may be delayed, cached, or wrong. The blockchain is the authoritative record. No warranty is given that any figure, chart, or table displayed on this site is accurate, complete, or current. Where a value shown here disagrees with the chain, the chain governs.
6. Parameters may change
Some protocol parameters — including the fee allocation split and the hold-time multiplier design — are not finalised. They are marked as pending throughout this site rather than shown as provisional numbers. Parameters may be set, and later changed, in ways that affect outcomes for participants.
7. Third-party names and marks
Ticker symbols and company names appear on this site to identify the equities the protocol references. Their use is descriptive. It does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or any relationship with the companies named. All trademarks remain the property of their owners.
8. Availability
This interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Access may be restricted in particular jurisdictions in response to legal or regulatory requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this interface are not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this interface or the protocol — including losses arising from smart contract defects, network failures, inaccurate data, third-party services, or your own errors.
10. Your security
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. Nobody associated with this project will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key; any such request is an attack. Verify the contract address on the Socials page before every transaction.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the interface after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
